광고가 나오지 않거나 보상이 지급되지 않아요.
네트워크 연결을 확인하고 잠시 후 다시 시도해 주세요. 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청했는데도 보상이 반영되지 않으면, 발생 시각과 광고 종류를 이메일로 알려 주세요. 광고 개인정보 선택은 앱의 개인정보 옵션에서 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.
온라인 플레이가 연결되지 않아요.
랭크 및 비공개 온라인 경기는 안정적인 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 앱을 최신 버전으로 업데이트한 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요. 계속 실패하면 공개 코드 또는 랭크 ID, 오류 문구, 발생 시각을 보내 주세요. 인증 토큰은 보내지 마세요.
어떤 데이터가 저장되나요?
게임 진행과 설정 일부는 기기에 저장됩니다. 온라인 기능을 사용하면 매치메이킹, 순위, 경기 기록과 보안에 필요한 가명 식별자 및 네트워크 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 자세한 항목과 보관 기간은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
로그인 계정이나 온라인 프로필 삭제 메뉴가 있나요?
Court Rush Tennis는 이메일, Google 또는 Apple 로그인 계정을 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 랭크 사용 시 현재 설치에 연결된 가명 온라인 프로필이 자동 생성됩니다. 설정의 DELETE ONLINE PROFILE에서 2단계 확인 후 서버 프로필과 관련 랭크·경기 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 활성 경기가 있다면 먼저 나와야 합니다. 월드 투어·재화·보유 스킬·설정은 남으며 삭제 안내에서 자세히 확인할 수 있습니다.
대상 연령과 보호자 문의 경로는 어떻게 되나요?
앱은 16세 이상을 대상으로 하지만 생년월일이나 연령을 질문·저장하지 않습니다. 미성년 이용자의 정보가 처리되었다고 판단하는 법정대리인 또는 보호자는 위 지원 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다. 인증 토큰이나 신분증 사본은 보내지 마세요.

Frequently asked questions
An ad does not load, or I did not receive a reward.
Check your network connection and try again later. If you completed a rewarded ad but the reward was not applied, email us the approximate time and ad type. You can review advertising privacy choices from the privacy options inside the App.
Online play does not connect.
Ranked and private online matches require a stable internet connection. Update the App to the latest version and try again. If it still fails, send us your public code or rank ID, the error message, and the approximate time. Never send your authentication token.
What data is stored?
Some game progress and settings are stored on your device. If you use online features, pseudonymous identifiers and network information needed for matchmaking, rankings, match records, and security may be processed. See the Privacy Policy for specific data and retention details.
Is there a login account or an online-profile deletion menu?
Court Rush Tennis does not offer email, Google, or Apple sign-in. Ranked mode does automatically create a pseudonymous profile bound to the current installation. In SETTINGS, choose DELETE ONLINE PROFILE and complete both confirmations to delete the server profile and related ranked and match data. Leave any active match first. World Tour, currency, owned skills, and settings remain. See the deletion instructions for details.
What is the intended age, and how can a guardian contact you?
The App is intended for users age 16 and older. It does not ask for or store a date of birth or age. A legal representative or guardian who believes a minor user's information has been processed may contact the support email above. Never send an authentication token or identity document.
